Grocery Haul (healthier options)

This is for anyone who has and will ask me what I eat as a vegan. I want to show my community that eating healthy doesn't mean you can't enjoy your favorite foods. Most of our favorite "big brand" products have unnecessary ingredients & chemicals. My beloved and I have invested years into getting to know our bodies and these products are some of the products we both love. We also believe in evolving so stay in touch to see when we add a new product.


This is not dietary advice but a list of my households favorite products. If you need help with your nutrition, seek professional help.


Self awareness works best when it's connected to self respect. The principals to being aware of what goes into the body that is helping you carry out your life's purpose. Health is Everything.



Bread- We have bread in the morning with our breakfast or as a snack with Almond butter and hemp seeds.













Hemp Seeds- This is great with toast and almond butter. They also go get in smoothies.
















Tofurky- This is something we use with our egg breakfast platter & with our Potato breakfast platter.












Bare coconut Chips -This is a great sweet part to a fruit bowl in the morning. I would typically have this with my berries in the morning. To me these crunchy coconut chips are a healthy candy.
















Maple Oatmeal- This is for the mornings we crave something sweet. For me it's Usually in the days i'm not moving around. The green apples and syrup we add is so delicious. ( The recipe coming soon)










LOG CABIN SYRUP- This is so well balanced and the sugar difference is insane. Good for many dishes like pancakes, oatmeal, and French Toast. This syrup is yes for us. (remember we're open to change)
















Sugar Free BBQ- Just put it on everything !



















Cheese-Vegan Option- Try it in a quesadilla or in your breakfast platters.












Amy's Organic Soups- Late snacks are a perfect time for this delicious soup. Also a great meal for a still day with a cup of water, hot sauce and some LATE JULY CHIPS.

















Healthier Tortillas- Your tummy will thank you.













Power Slaw- Stir fry and add it to any meal. (recipe coming soon)


















Amy's Margherita Pizza- The cleanest and best tasting pizza you will ever have.





















Hippeas- I'm a sucker for a cheesey, healthy tasting chip. The texture is unlike anything i've ever had. You will enjoy.

PRESSELS- A mini beagle in your mouth and the bag is well filled and the best thing about it are the few ingredients that they have.















Cucumber- Our morning water.



















Tea Time- A big part of my night routine is having a cup of tea with my beloved as much as I can during the week. The aromatherapy it gives me is beautiful.
